The British Police are already testing these little drones for surveillance purposes. Vastly cheaper to run than a helicopter, they provide high-quality aerial video imagery, can hover for 20 minutes, and are rarely spotted from the ground.

This is the documentary called "The real rain man." It is titled as such because the movie was based off of Kim Peek.
I know there is a clip like this on here already, but this one is longer; the other being a mash-up of the whole thing. Peek is so amazing I wanted to submit this as well as links to the other parts.
